3. Assisting the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics( ICRISAT) a UN-funded research organisation, to visit New Zealand and sign an MoU with a New Zealand based research Institute.
4. Advising a New Zealand based Research Institute on how to realise the benefits of an MOU signed with an international agri-technology organisation in India.
5. Analysing and reporting on cost structures and global pricing regimes of a significant sub-sector of the biotechnology industry in India with a view to contributing to the development of a "go to market" business model.
6. Vetting an Indian distributor candidate for an innovative training product for the air transporation industry.
7. Designing, developing and delivering India Aviation Seminars for a New Zealand economic development agency and developing and delivering a Scoping report on opportunities for Wellington region companies in the aviation sector in India, involving a dialogue and consultation with major regional aviation industry.
8. Designing, developing and delivering, on behalf of NZTE, the "India Export Workshops" and contributing to the development of Aviation Training Sector plans for India as an India expert resource for Aviation New Zealand.
9. Advising an Energy component provider on the power industry in India, including the major players in the industry, the prevailing procurement practices, partner selection and manufacturing options.
10. Designing and performing a study on behalf of Grow Wellington leading to a comprehensive report on opportunities for NZ/Wgtn regional renewable energy technology sector companies in India, including a key Indian player assessment and optimal engagement models.
11. Advising on legal and valid Indian payment mechanisms for sale of capital goods of a major NZ company from New Zealand to India, including advice and provision of authoritative information on prevailing foreign exchange regulations in India.
12. Contributing to the development of a India specific risk management regime for a significant capital goods buyer in the energy sector.
13. Facilitating the interaction with a visiting Indian Government delegation in the area of Geospatial Information Systems, including advice on Indian state government procurement policies and practices.
14. Facilitating, including establishing interactions with Indian multinational companies in the field of e-learning, e-education and e-content development, for a local government officer who was visiting India.
15. Providing quality assurance input and advice to company executives for an education provider, as an independent third party on the development of India market research and strategy formulation.
16. Advising on trade mark protection in India including an analysis of the trademark protection regime since recognition as an International Searching Authority and an International Preliminary Examining Authority (ISA/IPEA) under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) of World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) for an education provider.
17. Advising on the relative merits of different market entry options including contracting, JV and wholly owned subsidiary options from a commercial, operations, marketing and IP protection perspective for an education provider.
