Rajeev is our Delhi-based Associate.
A Kiwi, he obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies (Honours) with a double major in Finance and Management Systems from Waikato University in 1999.
Following this he worked for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young as consultant covering a variety of client engagements, including ERP implementation, strategy development (including new product process development), and project office management.
Following this he took a customary Kiwi "Overseas Experience" working for the Ministry of Children and Family Development as a Programme Management Consultant in Vancouver, Canada. He then moved to the United Kingdom and worked with the Barclays and Abbey Banks. Rajeev also spent large portion of his time in the UK working with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, a position that fuelled his interest in climate change and sustainability, NGOs, and wider civil society issues.
He returned to New Zealand and worked with Deloitte establishing a Climate Change and Sustainability service offering, but the travel bug struck again. Deciding to take part in the ‘India Story’, he moved to New Delhi to work for a UK based NGO on their finance sector and corporate engagement programmes in the country.
In addition to working on India Horizonz client projects he also works with a variety of organisations on climate change and sustainability focused issues.
