Dhruva Sen

Dhruva is an accomplished senior Human Resources executive with more than 20 years of experience in Senior Leadership roles in HR.

Dhruva is a Special Associate based in Bengaluru, India.

His academic preparation culminated with a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India's top HR Management School, following two Bachelor degrees in Law and Science from the University of Delhi.

He has headed or held senior roles in HR in several industries in India and Middle East - Entertainment, Biotechnology, Industrial (BOC, ICI, BASF), Telecommunications (Nokia, BPL Mobile), Shipping and Logistics (GAC-Dubai), and FMCG (Marico).

He has worked both in staff and line HR functions overseeing HR and industrial relations for business units employing 1000's of staff. He has been personally responsible in M&A involving moving large workforces from one entity to another and has played a significant role in facilitating scaling up of operations.

He has first hand experience of rolling e-learning across the company, recruitment, retention, HR policies, systems, dispute resolution, professional development planning and execution, performance management, unit start up, unit closure and employee social responsibility programmes.

He has regularly lectured at various management institutions in Dubai and India.

Dhruva remains a practicing HR professional, enjoys a hands on approach to delivering value to clients and leads the delivery of client engagements involving a significant HR dimension.
